Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a Center of Excellence to bring innovative tools and frameworks for software development
  • Own the product backlog based on feedback and roadmap for software delivery
  • Champion continuous improvement recommendations for development teams
  • Collaborate with various teams to define strategy and standards for platform products
  • Set up a product support organization for post-deployment and extended support
  • Lead a team of engineers, developers, and architects
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
  • 9+ years of IT industry experience with 4+ years in leadership and Platform Engineering/DevSecOps roles
  • Proficiency in cloud services, infrastructure as code tools, containerization technologies, and DevOps principles
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Javascript, or Go
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry-recognized certifications in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
