Teads is looking for a Senior Vice President, Midwest Sales to join their team in the lively city of Chicago. If you're ready to step into the role of SVP of Sales, get ready to lead a dynamic team, smash those sales targets, and drive the promotion of Teads' platform to key agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a thriving commercial sales team by setting and achieving revenue targets, closely monitoring performance, providing strategic guidance, managing profit & loss, and recruiting top-notch talent.
  • Take charge of the complete sales process, cultivate strategic accounts, and craft business plans. Identify prime growth opportunities, expand client solutions, and facilitate the negotiation and closure of significant deals with both direct clients and agencies.
  • Act as the face of Teads in the digital landscape, becoming a vocal brand advocate.
  • Collaborate closely with Studio, Customer Experience, Insights, and Media Strategy teams to ensure seamless internal communication of client campaign expectations.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings alongside sales executives.
  • Ensure effective communication of goals and the successful monitoring and attainment of sales performance.
  • Lead the charge as the go-to authority and workplace leader for the Midwest market.

Experience / Background:

  • Bring on board over 15 years of experience in media sales, with a specific focus on video and mobile.
  • Have deep-rooted connections in the Chicago and Midwest advertising communities, boasting high-level relationships across agencies and brands.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in building and overseeing a large, multi-faceted commercial team.
  • Previous exposure to technology platforms is a definite advantage.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills across listening, verbal, written, and presentation aspects.
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player.
  • Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech firm is a bonus.
  • Thorough understanding of the digital video marketplace is a must.
