We are looking for a full-time Membership Experience & Sales Officer to enhance our connection with members and supporters.
Our Membership Experience & Sales Officers play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to help all Victorians enjoy cricket.
This position is fixed-term from July 2024 to January 2025 with potential short-term opportunities later in the year.
The Officer will mainly work office hours but will also be required on match days and club events.
The role will involve some out-of-hours and weekend work from October to January.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels
- Handle membership sales and services, ensuring high levels of service
- Support stakeholders of Cricket Victoria, Melbourne Stars, and Melbourne Renegades
- Assist with enquiries related to the two brands, membership, and events
- Process memberships and events in the CRM system
- Conduct outbound campaigns to drive retention and acquisition
- Provide membership and ticketing support on match days
- Maintain data accuracy and privacy compliance
About You:
In this role, you will focus on maximizing membership sales, work independently to meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
You will also be part of the Consumer Business team, assisting with various duties.
To be considered, you must have:
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience
- Customer service and administrative skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Reporting and data capturing experience
- Preferably Archtics experience
- Valid Driver's License and Working with Children Check
