Our newly established Fresh Milk team will play a key role in delivering high-quality, great value produce and will work collaboratively with our suppliers, distribution centre and stores to support our people, customers and communities.

The Continuous Improvement lead will play a key role in supporting our fresh milk production team by ensuring that we can continue to deliver high quality fresh milk produce to all Australians.


About the role:


Based at our newly aquired site in Erskine Park, this role will manage the replenishment process to ensure optimal inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and seamless collaboration between our stores and MilkCo.

You'll play a pivotal role in forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and building strong relationships with our category managers

You will also:

  • Coordinate and allocate the outbound delivery schedule to make sure that our stores maintain consistent inventory levels
  • Build supply and demand forecasts
  • Build relationships with our category managers, DC's and production team to make sure relavant information is shared
  • Create reporting structures and manage data inputs to make sure information is accurate and up to date

About you and your skills:

You will have:

  • Experience in a VRP role, preferably within an FMCG enviroment
  • Experience using RMS, WRP and SRP systems
  • Experience building forcasts and data modeling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
