Your Role - Our Mission

  • To identify and evaluate suppliers, assess pricing, specifications, terms, and delivery schedules to determine optimal choices for the organization.
  • To address inquiries from internal teams and suppliers, analyze metrics, project plans, management reports, and contracts, and approve relevant requisitions.
  • To set performance standards for suppliers; calculate the overall cost of ownership.
  • To devise procurement strategies for acquiring, receiving, and tracking project materials that enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • To manage supplier selection, credit terms, monitor supplier performance, and conduct ongoing assessments.
  • To conduct thorough research through various channels to discover potential suppliers. Engage with prospective suppliers to discuss pricing, discounts, and terms, and document comparisons of vendor offerings to aid management decisions.
  • To prepare, maintain, and review purchasing documentation, price lists, contract statuses, and monitor subcontractor performance while calculating order costs.
  • To develop procurement plans and ensure their execution across materials, engineering, and warehouse teams, covering planning, purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt, inspections, integration, and logistics.
  • To create effective organization and temporary storage plans for project materials and general inventories at various locations.
  • To optimize the material and supplier portfolio, determining which materials should be procured in bulk and which are best suited for specific projects. Establish stocking criteria and replenishment levels for partners.
  • To collaborate with management in negotiating contracts and credit lines with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
  • To communicate product directions, availability, lead times, model transitions, and cost roadmaps for key materials to Sales, Sales Operations, Product Development, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams.
  • To ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures and lead all cost reduction initiatives.
  • The procurement manager establishes inventory methodologies and buffer stock levels for commonly used items to ensure adequacy for company needs, adjusting as necessary.

Your Qualifications - Our Strength

  • A university degree is preferred or a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
  • Extensive experience in the chemical industry or hardware market with a background in procurement, logistics, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of systems and processes, preferably SAP and Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative.
