Duties

  • Complete reports, quotes and other ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Provide outstanding customer service and strive to achieve targets and KPIs

Skills and experience

  • Proven customer service experience in a fastpaced role (insurance or construction industry highly beneficial)
  • Strong computer skills and able to use internal systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Organised and excellent time management skills
  • Motivated and proactive
