About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging role within Service Stream's Telecommunications team, where you will play a critical part in delivering accurate and quality outcomes to our clients and stakeholders. As a WMC Scheduler, you will provide expert advice and guidance to our sub-contractor and internal workforce, ensuring that work orders are managed effectively to meet service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze, and dispatch work to sub-contractors and internal workforce, utilizing Service Stream's scheduling principles and commercially approved policies.
- Provide accurate information, advice, and solutions to sub-contractors and internal workforce, in-line with WMC processes and guidelines.
- Liaise with sub-contractor groups, WMC line management, and NBN.Co teams on complex work orders or when a work order is at risk of failure.
- Ensure work orders are accurately maintained, updated, and completed in Service Stream systems.
- Reconcile dispatch work to client files or internal files as required.
- Guide and educate sub-contractor workforce on UNM order completion requirements to ensure KPI achievement.
- Receive and respond to verbal and non-verbal communications within agreed service levels.
- Ensure professional and courteous service during all interactions with stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
- Capture feedback and information from sub-contractor groups for process improvement.
- Identify improvement opportunities and communicate ideas to Team Leaders and Line Managers.
Experience Required
- Sound knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working within a scheduling or work order management environment.
- Effective communication and professional skills.
- Intermediate computer skills to navigate various computer programs.
- Highly attentive to detail and good time management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
