The Company:
Job Purpose:
To lead, coach and mentor the customer support team to provide support of the highest level to our customers with the aim of achieving business goals and objectives.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25%.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide visible leadership, management and direction for the regional customer support team across all products (existing and new).
- Ensure adequate resources to develop and maintain service levels to existing and new customers to meet the required SLA's (Service Level Agreements) as defined in GFA (Global Framework Agreements).
- Manager customer relationships by being the face of MTS for issues which require resolution at a higher level and ensure resolution is reached to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Lead, mentor and coach the support team to optimise skillsets to meet current and future business needs whilst focusing on the employee's career development.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, IT or Management or related field.
- Extensive experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Customer support experience in mining products and or services/IT software.
- Extensive knowledge of mining operations and the integration with mining software solutions.
