About the Job
As a Support Consultant at Pronto Software, you will be responsible for providing support services to our customers via multiple technology methods, including email, telephone, and on-site visits.
You will work closely with our facilities management modules, providing classroom and on-site training and consulting services to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triage and review reported issues to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.
- Analyse and provide advice to customers on the ongoing impacts of their projects, plant maintenance, and/or services processes.
- Engage with customers to discuss their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Document program issues and deployment of fixes to ensure seamless support services.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Facilities Management and a strong understanding of business processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
