Our client is seeking to engage an Aviation Compliance Officer for a full-time, permanent position.

As the Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing access control systems, conducting reviews, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with safety legislation and industry requirements.
  • Prepare for and respond to audits conducted by regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain safety management system incident and hazard reporting databases.
  • Assist with investigations when necessary.
  • Manage access control systems and issue appropriate access to approved stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly audits of highlevel keys and provide reports on access activity.
  • Conduct safety reviews and draft responses to authorities.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings for the client's aviation external stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and travel arrangements.
  • Crosstrain with other members of the Compliance team and seek opportunities for process improvement.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Provide reception relief on a rotational basis.
  • Fulfill other operational support roles as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Management Team.
