About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including people with disability, airlines, airports, and government agencies, to design and implement policies that effectively deliver the government's commitments. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policy initiatives that promote accessibility and inclusion in the aviation sector
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to design and deliver consultation processes and supporting documents
  • Analysing the costs and benefits of potential policy and implementation options
  • Drafting advice to inform government decision making
