Our Client is an award-winning luxury residential & commercial builder delivering work in the inner suburbs.

Boasting a fantastic culture of people who do great work but don't take themselves too seriously, they have managed the pandemic exceptionally well and have numerous revenue streams ranging from one-off custom new build homes to renovations as well as commercial projects ranging in value from $100K-$10M.

With some significant projects and aspects within the business about to take off, they require an Office & Change Manager to join them at this exciting stage.


  • The Role:_


This role is for a proven and astute office and administrative professional who is experienced within all areas of PA and Office Management.

It's likely that no two days would be the same within this role, however some key responsibilities would be the following:

  • Drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organising events
  • Managing schedules & coordinating meetings & events
  • Analysing external service providers (such as IT), managing this process & driving both the company adoption & implementation
  • Attending relevant meetings and taking minutes
  • Managing and maintaining the office space including supplies & equipment
  • Reception/front desk cover while ensuring it is a welcoming environment
  • Assisting with various admin tasks (filing, data entry & invoicing)
  • What you'll bring:_
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager (Essential)
  • History of driving the implementation of companywide changes
  • Exceptional organisational skills and followthrough
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills & IT capabilities
  • A professional, proactive & friendly demeanour
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A willingness to handle both highlevel & basic tasks ongoingly
