Perth CBD organisatin is currently looking for casual agents on an ongoing contractor basis. There will be a minimum of 15 hours per week with plenty of opportunity for 24/7 overtime.

As a successful employee, you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience and looking for a challenging position that offers lots of learning and future opportunities.

You must be available to attend training, which will be full time hours, Monday - Friday.

Our Client, a Local Government organisation, offering 24/7 essential services to the state, is currently looking for casual agents on an ongoing contractor basis.

The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information
  • Indbound/Outbound customer service calls
  • Responsible for endtoend management of assigned tasks
  • Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months call centre experience
  • Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise.
  • Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
