This remarkable opportunity invites you to become a Digital Motor Assessor, responsible for various motor assessment activities ensuring fair outcomes for all parties involved. Your role involves digital assessment, repair quote management, compliance with industry standards, vehicle damage assessments, repair or total loss determinations, and more, including:

  • Complete digital assessments following process requirements
  • Adhere to relevant acts, insurance codes, and industry guidelines
  • Perform vehicle damage assessments using our ARNIE system
  • Conduct quality audits on car repairs
  • Negotiate repair costs and outcomes with involved parties
  • Respond to technical inquiries and assist in resolving complex claims
  • Act as a subject matter expert in court proceedings
  • Plus many other responsibilities

About you

You are a confident and passionate individual who thrives in a high-performing environment. Your role as a Motor Assessor requires technical expertise, communication skills, and decision-making abilities to ensure fair outcomes, accompanied by:

  • Essential trade certificate or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong customer focus, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in motor repair management and client liaison
  • Technical skills in quoting, repair, and painting vehicles
  • Conflict management and decision-making proficiency
  • Intermediate keyboard and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
