About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for handling home claims, providing exceptional service to our members, and ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to our members by responding to their insurance claims queries
  • Interpret and apply policy conditions to settle claims
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Investigators, and Solicitors
  • Process claims and associated administration
  • Achieve set KPIs and quality targets consistently
About You

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You will need to have experience in home and/or motor claims, outstanding attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the empathy to deal with customers who have suffered loss.
