This is an ideal role for an experienced marketer with project management expertise, technical knowledge of mail platforms, a passion for data-driven communications, strong writing skills and the ability to produce content that drives change and inspires customers to action.


To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

  • Experience identifying relevant data sources and developing personalisation and segmentation that demonstrates to our customers that we understand the services they need from the NSW Government
  • Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to bring together colleagues from different teams to supply the elements required to ensure delivery of outstanding communications appropriate to the audience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to transform complex information into plain English, align copy with brand styleguide and an understanding of the customer journey from inbox to website to ensure strong engagement
