Human Resources (HR) supports each of the Group's businesses by providing specialist support in performance, employee remuneration, leadership, capability development and culture, HR business partners, talent acquisition, health and safety, workforce analytics and workforce advisory.


The Leadership, Talent and Reward team provides advice, insights, guidance and strategies in relation to performance, remuneration, governance, superannuation and employee share plans to support the Group's remuneration strategy and policies.

Your valuable contribution:


You will support Leadership, Talent and Reward by performing research and analysis to draw valuable insights on employee reward matters, producing clear and meaningful reporting.

This work is a critical contribution to the development of employee reward solutions which support the Group rewarding its workforce effectively and appropriately.


We're interested in hearing from you if you have:

  • Superior analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong skills and experience in delivering your analysis and insights in a concise and meaningful way that gets 'cut through'.
  • Sound experience handling remuneration data in a large company.
  • A strong drive for solving problems.
  • Capability working both individually and collaboratively, and a strong desire to actively contribute to team culture.
  • A tertiary qualification (or have one in progress) in a field relevant to the analytical work described above.
