A little bit about the opportunity
This highly regarded - yet perfectly sized - Australian Financial Services firm - is looking for a star early-mid career reward practitioner to join their Head of Reward to form the perfect reward team

Working alongside one of the best mentors in Australian financial services remuneration, you will help support the business in planning and executing day to day reward operations, whilst also get involved in a number of projects.

From benchmarking and BAU rem review, from designing the rem framework to helping with Board papers, there is plenty of variety - including the chance to get exposure to how equity works.


Back to you

As a well-rounded early-mid career reward practitioner (> 3 years exp.), you are confident across most aspects of Broad Based Comp - Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking etc.

You have strong data analysis and reporting skills and have been complemented previously on your strong attention to detail and your strong communication skills.

Above all, you are ambitious, keen to learn and ready for that next step up
