About the role:


Our client is a small family owned and operated business that produces castings for the automotive, mining and engineering industries.

As the Accounts Administrator, you will provide support to the team with ad-hoc administrative and accounts duties.

Duties:

  • Organise outgoing freight deliveries
  • Adhoc accounts support with accounts payable/receivable as required
  • Manual matching for purchase orders and delivery dockets
  • Place order requests for workshop and office supplies
  • Issue PPE and clothing
  • Data entry and tracking metrics via MS Excel
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and meet and greet customers as required

Skills & experience:

  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to work across a variety of accounts and administration tasks
  • Strong time management
  • High attention to detail
  • Competent in using MYOB, MS Excel
  • Triple COVID19 vaccination essential (evidence must be provided prior to commencement)
