Sales & Retail Services Analyst
The Opportunity


Our Sales Steering and Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Retail Services Analyst who will be responsible for Sales Reporting and Analytics.

The core focus will be Sales performance.

This is a full time, permanent contract based in Mulgrave, Melbourne.

Additionally, the role is responsible for:

  • Sales Reporting.
  • Month End Closing Activities (Reporting, Payments, etc.).
  • Performance Analysis (Campaigns, Demographics, etc.).
  • Internal and External Reporting (Incl. Management), Dealers, BM's, Retention, Ad Hoc, etc.).
  • Product Foundation and Documentation of Process.
  • Dealer Plan, BSC Operationalization.
What you will bring to this role

  • Bachelors degree in Business Informations Systems.
  • Working experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within the automotive financial services industry.
  • Experience in process evaluation and redefinition in order to achieve efficiencies.
  • Experience in data structuring and analysis to develop conclusions and initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Experience in projects, preferably in Agile Methodology.
  • Proper understanding of planning and prioritisation methodologies and Strong problemsolving capacity.
  • Experience working with highly collaborative teams and contributing to a nice working environment.
  • Critical thinking ability, able to translate business objectives into system and process requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
