Operations Administration Assistant to support our Divisional Operations Coordinators in the efficient planning, scheduling and resourcing of works and services.

To be successful, you will need demonstrate your capability and experience in working in a fast-paced operations environment

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the operations team
  • Compiling job site information for field crews
  • Maintenance and data entry of various registers and ERP system
  • Assisting in the preparation of reporting requirements
  • General office administration including answering telephones

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or related industry
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills
  • A friendly and professional approach
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
