**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking for a new Administration Officer to join our friendly Commercial Services business team based in Kilburn, 5084. This role will provide operational support to ensure projects and administrative tasks are planned and delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The hours for this position are 8.00am to 4.30pm.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Raising and receipting purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure accurate processing of work orders, purchase orders
- Ensuring scheduled maintenance for all fleet & equipment is planned, executed on time & accurate data entry
- Stock control
- Problem solving complex internal and external customer issues
- Building key relationships within internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with 3rd party maintenance suppliers and maintain working relationships

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Have an eye for data, numbers and a strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- A commitment to customer service
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite)
- Strong team focus
