About this Opportunity:


We're looking for an organised and efficient Part Time Events Administrator, to assist the Events Manager in the development, coordination and delivery of events and activities at the UQ St Lucia Campus.


In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager for student focused programs including assisting with event bump in and out, liaising with key stakeholders, ordering equipment and operational assistance.
  • Assist with the events, functions and other activities within the Events department portfolio.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Completed or undertaking tertiary studies in sport, events, leisure or related area.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven computer proficiency especially within Microsoft 365
