**About this Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable and organised HR & Office Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR/WHS team and UQ Sport corporate office.
You will have a can-do attitude and be a master of all things administration including, intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft 365 as well as a quick learner in customised HR and Payroll systems.
This opportunity would suit someone who wants exposure into all facets of the Human Resources function. Reporting to the HR Manager you form part of a small team dedicated to providing an exceptional support service to UQ Sport.
**In this role you will**:
- Support the HR Department and wider organisation with administrative duties
- Be responsible for staff onboarding/offboarding activities including, contract administration, system administration, training, Induction presentations and uniforms
- Providing support with recruitment and learning and development activities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
- Contribute to company culture by assisting the team with the organisation and delivery of staff events
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Cert IV in Human Resources or 12 months experience in HR or Administrative role
- Be highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Work well as part of a team with exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
