Marketing Associate - Events This is a business partnering role to support the business functions in their marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
-
Event Project Management - conception and execution of event projects for the Marketing function. This is working with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure event projects are in line with strategic plans and to define detailed event requirements

Reporting - utilise relevant platforms to communicate with the sales team and create relevant reports, and collect and analyse event data

Administration:
- liaise with Industry associations, represent the Stryker brand, assist with creation and communication of marketing policies and procedures, and coordinate supplier management activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in an event management role is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external colleagues, and service providers
- Track record of success in working both in person events and online
- Strong project management, planning and time management skills
- Dedicated team player with the drive to go above and beyond in everything you do
