Eden Ritchie is seeking an Administration Officer to use effective problem solving to resolve issues in situations where procedures may not be entirely defined for both internal and external stakeholders.


  • 3 months with possible extension
  • Wacol location

As the Administration Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all paper and electronic records are maintained as per established information management principles. All sensitive information must be recorded in detail and kept securely
  • Team leader responsibilities may be required. This includes supervising staff, allocating workloads, undertaking staff performance and development, team planning and reviews. Alternatively, an equivalent portfolio task may be assigned to the role

Highly Desirable to this role are:

  • Excellent skills in problem solving and decision making to resolve minor issues with clients and resolve issues escalated to you where possible
  • Excellent ability to conduct quality assurance activities and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Thorough understanding of the wider context for stakeholders to inform practical business procedures that take into account upstream effects and downstream impacts as work items enter and exit the team
