The Company
Our client focuses on a range of early intervention and prevention programs focusing on informing and engaging with our community through high quality Adult Education, Neighbourhood House, Legal and Family Support programs as well as community engagement and development activities.
The Role
As an Administration Officer - Education, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective customer service, office coordination, client data management and compliance for the Education Programs.
You will ensure all administration requirements associated in the Education programs deliver quality services and meet all areas of administration compliance.
This is a temporary Administration Officer position, with an immediate start. Located in St Albans, VIC. Hours are 30.4 a week across 5 days. The period of the assignment is an immediate start until 18th August 2023. The rate of pay will be between $28-$30 per hour + Super.Key Responsibilities
- Process program client enrolment, commencements, withdrawals and completions data accurately in accordance with program guidelines.
- Maintain Enrolment, PTR and Assessment records in accordance with program guidelines and audit requirements and regularly report issues to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure program information is collected and maintained as required
- Provide data entry, general computing, keyboard and administrative and clerical services.
- Exercise initiative in identifying client data that is or appears incomplete or inaccurate.
- Provide timely, high quality customer service, information and referrals to clients, customers and stakeholders within our Education Programs.
- Monitor student attendance and follow up absences
- Respond to queries from Trainers, students and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all relevant fees are collected from students in consultation with finance staff.
- Perform other administrative, office support or customer service tasks as required to backfill other staff including Reception.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to perform diverse customer service and administrative duties with the ability to prioritise and plan work to meet timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of customer service to members of the community, clients, internal and external stakeholders and other agencies.
- Previous experience working for a Registered Training Organisation within the Skills First / SEE / ACFE / AMEP program
- Previous experience working with aXcelerate Student Management System
- Valid Victorian Driver's License and a car for Travel (KM will be reimbursed)
