Due to some exciting internal movements, we are seeking a Remuneration and Benefits Advisor to join a dynamic People Team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the organisations Employee Value Proposition by providing expert advice on remuneration and benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the People Team in offering well-considered advice on remuneration and benefits;
Assist in reviewing, relaunching, and promoting our benefit programs to enhance the Employee Value Proposition;
Contribute to the Remuneration Panel by evaluating jobs and providing classification advice;
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure remuneration and benefits practices remain competitive and aligned with the organisations framework; and

Support various operational activities, including annual Remuneration Reviews, out-of-cycle salary reviews, business case reviews, policy enhancements, and process improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

A tertiary qualification in Business, HR, or Commerce;
Strong business acumen and the ability to provide concise and well-thought-out advice;
Excellent research, reporting, and analytical skills;
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a keen interest in specialising in remuneration and benefits;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop and understand formulas and basic macros;
Experience with Mercer CED job evaluation methodology is desirable; and


Experience with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS, salary benchmarking tools, and other technologies such as Chris21, Cornerstone, Mercer WIN, and Korn Ferry Pay is essential.
