As a Territory Manager in our Consumer Division, you will be responsible for educating our retail partners on Galderma products building advocacy and recommendation to provide healthy skin for everyone.

Your role drives sales in a designated territory through education, distribution and implementation of promotional activity.

  • Some of your duties include:
  • 1.

Education and Training:

  • Provide Education on Skin conditions
  • Provide education on Galderma products to Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists
  • Attend and present at industry events

Planning & Execution:

  • Achieve education, sales and distribution targets quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare a Journey Plan to efficiently delivery against KPI's
  • Drive National Banner promotional plans and campaigns
  • Drive sales and distribution based on sales data analysis in line with customer and business needs.
  • Negotiate promotional activities in independent stores
  • Develop and agree with customers on Shopper Marketing plans (visibility, displays, Co-Op usage)

Pharmacy Relationship:

  • Ensure long term relationships are built to drive mutually beneficial value leading to increased market share and financial performance.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and conduct mid and end year Business Reviews with State-Based customers if required.
  • Analyse IMS data to identify trends and/or areas for potential growth
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity within the territory.
  • Generate sales data reports from CRM system to support meeting negotiations, requests for funding, and creating suggested orders
  • Record sales activity in CRM system.5.

Financial Management:

  • Manage & track coop allocation and promotional forecasts; align coop with customers based on greatest ROI.
  • Submit customer invoices with required details within Galderma policy requirements. 6.

Travel & Cross Territory Requirements:

  • Travel to regional and interstate areas, if required.
  • Attendance of all Consumer sales conferences, state meetings and training courses.
  • Attend industry trade conferences and seminars, if required.
