The Client Services Representative Allied Health at DPV provides services to both staff and external clients.

The Client Services team is often the first point of contact for DPV clients and is committed to providing its services with professionalism, quality and efficiency.


We are recruiting to work across a variety DPV Health sites who will ensure service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.


Desired Skills and Experience:

About you


Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products, proficient in TrakCare, ESENDEX, FOI policy, RISKMAN and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries.


Your ability to upskill/train CSR, to adapt to new information technology systems as well as your ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
