The Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Representative to join our Customer Service team at our head office in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing client orders with precision, ensuring readiness and delivery dates align with air or sea freight requirements.
  • Coordinating shipments with transport partners, shipping lines, and destination representatives.
  • Preparing and managing quotations and reporting, including PO tracking.
  • Tracking all international shipments within your client portfolio.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and recording essential data.
  • Resolving customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational processes, backed by proven experience in a similar role within the Australian freight forwarding market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, efficient, and organized approach to work.
  • Experience with CargoWise (highly beneficial).
  • The ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full Australian working rights.
