Your opportunity:
As Manager - Complaints Handling Improvement Centre (CHIC), you will play a key role in establishing and leading a team focused on improvement complaints handling process and contribute to the staged implementation of the Queensland Complaints Clearinghouse.
This is an opportunity for a person with experience in complaints management and leadership to contribute as part of the initial to team to drive the execution of this priority program.
Key responsibilities of the Manager - CHIC include:
- Lead and manage the functions and resources, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness consistent with strategic and operational objectives.
- Support team members to meet team objectives and outputs through the development of performance development agreements, coaching and mentoring.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative and practical work packages by providing strategic direction and advice through analysis, design and development phases, to improve quality assurance of complaints handling across the Queensland public service.
- Where required, provide high quality advice and guidance on customer complaints management issues.
