  • 5+ years' experience leading operational service teams in a complementary industry
  • Extensive experience in people and process management (call centre, middle and back office process experience)
  • Ideally working knowledge of complaints regulations
  • Authentic leadership style and effective coaching skills to develop team members to realise their potential
  • Tactical and strategic leadership.
  • Resilience and confidence in challenging circumstances and change management.

  • Experience in managing interface with BPO or offshore support process teams would be highly regarded
