You will be preparing finance applications with the Finance Broker / Lenders You will be recommending products in line with the Broker You will ensure a seamless process with clear communication to ensure great Customer Service You will assist with post settlement activities / annual reviews You will assist and support the Director with various projects to enhance the growth of the businessThe ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Must have 5+ years working as a Business Banker or Credit Analyst within a major bank
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills to deal with high value clients
- Must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to research lending policies, processapplications and follow up on clients in a professional manner
- A deep understanding of lending practices, loan structures, lenders and processes
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns and business structures
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience
