Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring mínimal downtime for our clients.
  • Managing databases accurately
  • High Level customer service
- knowledge around supply chain management and procurement

  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user communication, in our ticketing system.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent service interruptions and enhance system performance.
