We are currently looking for a:
Raging Waters Sydney - Maintenance Administrator

About the role:


The Maintenance Administrator at Raging Waters Sydney will perform general administrative office tasks, Contractor Induction, Booking and Management, manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, spares, inventory, filing, day-to-day administration and management of the Infor EAM and all facilities work orders.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Qualifying, reviewing and responding to maintenance requests- Allocation, distribution, and coordination of work order requests to trades and suppliers.- Scheduling rectification works with relevant contractors- Providing on going status updates to facilities manager- Following up of trades/suppliers for outstanding maintenance jobs.- General data entry and database maintenance- Purchasing, Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing and dealing with Vendors- Assistance with Training Matrix management and onsite training Requirements- Collate and submit weekly timesheets and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies- Document Control and maintenance of Registers- Weekly Reporting and adhoc reporting as required- General Administration duties- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of Infor EAM system, including release and review of daily work orders and allocation of work requests.- Take meeting minutes where required- Management of Contractor induction and Access.

- Create and deliver toolbox talks

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS):

  • Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipment
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.
  • Report WHS incidents, injuries and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid at the time it occurs.
  • Promote proactive hazard/ near miss reporting. Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director.
  • Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.
  • Liaise with Return to Work Coordinator to assist injured team members returning to work.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, delivery and review of policy and procedures that ensure Raging Waters Sydney meets its various obligations including financial, workplace health and safety, industry and legal requirements.

Education:

Essential- Experience with MS-Office - Word & Excel - basic formulas- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skill, ability to build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders- A passion for problem-solving and achieving common goals- A keen sense of time management- Ability to coordinate resources efficiently

Desirable- Experience with INFOR EAM software, strongly preferred- Experience with Sharepoint- Maintenance administration experience within a trades environment- High level of communication and customer service skills- Strong ability to work with trades and supervisors

Languages:
Fluent English

Skills:

  • Previous experience as Administrator or Maintenance Assistant
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and the ability to learn new software programs efficiently

Experience:

  • 1 Years on job administrative experience
