The Opportunity
Due to a pipeline of new projects, the Sydney Water West Region Delivery Team is recruiting again.

We have a 10 year infrastructure construction program (into its 4th year) in the western suburbs, we are constructing critical infrastructure for our communities.

We are employing experienced and competent
Skilled Labourers, to join our construction team. Permanent full time roles for Sydney residents, No FIFO or DIDO available.

What we need from you?


Ideally you will have experience in the civil sectors with exposure to bulk earthworks, pipeline or water treatment infrastructure projects.


  • Experience and willingness to work on small and large projects of varying complexity across the western suburbs
  • Valid drivers license
  • 2+ years labouring experience in a similar role
  • White Card
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A positive work attitude
  • HR truck license, or plant tickets an advantage
  • Good onsite problem solving expertise
  • An understanding civil methodologies and standards
  • At least 2 contactable referees
