ABOUT THE COMPANY - Owned by a well established Automotive company this established site and soon to be renovated dealership houses one of the most reputable and well loved brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE - This position will report to the General Manager and will manage the Used Vehicle showroom and yard, including all trade-in and valuations, buying and leads with a focus on exceptional customer service. This position is rewarded for team sales achievement, gross profit, CSI and other metrics including Finance and Aftercare sales.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR an experienced
Used Car Sales Manager who can demonstrate the following:
- LEAD a team, gain buy-in and drive sales outcomes
- Manage Stock including daily review of Carsales
- Demonstrate Integrity and be a team player
- Motivate, mentor and inspire others
- Take ownership and be empowered to over achieve
- Customer first attitude
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
- Retain bottomline margin
