Our goal is to educate children with Christian values deeply rooted in the Coptic Orthodox faith, empowering them to be Australian citizens with strong principles and unique talents, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment.


Key Selection Criteria:

  • Alignment with the teachings, faith, and ethos of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with the Executive Team, consisting of the Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, and CFO.
  • Demonstrated educational leadership, including successful change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record in building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in developing, reviewing, and executing strategic plans for the College.
  • Capability to inspire and involve stakeholders, such as staff, students, and parents, in maintaining high standards and a supportive atmosphere.
  • Experience in utilizing technology to enhance learning and leveraging data for student performance enhancement.
  • Familiarity with implementing Wellbeing policies and programs.
  • Willingness to actively engage in the College's religious program and values.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic qualifications, including a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Education or a Master of Education specializing in Educational Leadership.
  • Registration with NESA or a comparable Australian interstate authority.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Head or Deputy Head of College.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
