About the Role

This role is a dynamic marketing position where you will be a change agent who not only leads a team to success but develops marketing strategies to ensure regular touchpoints, acquisition, and retention of members. This role is best suited to a Head of Marketing who is digitally savvy, has proven success driving sales activity, growth and traffic, as well as, having a good degree of stakeholder management.
  • Oversee customer segmentation, messaging, data and analytics, design and automation practices;
  • Lead a team of 5 to achieve organisational strategic goals and encourage professional development and progression;
  • Manage all marketing related budgets, lead testing initiatives with messaging and paid activity; and
  • Maximise agency performance to ensure optimal delivery from partners.
Skills and Experience
  • years' experience in a marketing related role with proven success;
  • Ideally, you will have experience in the health insurance space/financial services industry;
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated environment like finance or insurance management skills and a natural ability to navigate highly complex projects;
  • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; and
  • High attention to detail.
