An exciting opportunity has become available for a Hospital Specialist Representative (HSR) in the Respiratory Inhaled - Hospital Sales Team.


What you'll
do


This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic, sales driven individual who is truly patient centric and has a passion to develop their career within AstraZeneca.

We are looking for someone who is keen to be part of a successful and collaborative team to ensure successful outcomes for both patients and the business.

The responsibilities of a Hospital Specialist Representative will be to:

  • Promote class-leading Respiratory Inhaled product to specialty care healthcare professionals and engaging key stake holders across various hospital departments
  • Build relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts AstraZeneca products have on patient's health
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact and work crossfunctionally in order to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective business plans, analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes
  • Complete administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Work collaboratively with the AstraZeneca Respiratory GP Representative Teams.

Essential for the role

  • Track record of consistent high performance and achievement of sales success
  • Proven ability to build sustainable, positive relationships with both key internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen including the ability to define customer and account engagement plans leading to brand and patient outcomes
  • Current Respiratory Therapeutic Area Knowledge is desirable
