About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity as a Client Service Specialist in our business banking remit.


This is a full time role working on a rotating roster between the hours of Monday -Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm.


Some other key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Relationship Managers to manage the ongoing client relationship and client maintenance
  • Processing realtime operational requests relating to transactions and account administration as well as support the business in account opening responsibilities.
  • Delivery of contract documentation upon client and consultant request
  • Liaising with the Risk and Compliance Team in accordance to legislative requirements
Full training will be provided.

We want you to be fully equipped so we aim to set you up to succeed in your role For the first 6-8 weeks you will receive full-time hands-on training.

During that training you will be immersed in the products, processes, procedures, and the environment, before progressing through to being engaging with customers.

  • Degree/ related qualification is required
  • Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting

  • Selfmotivated, effective management of workload
