Your focus will be on addressing client inquiries and identifying customer needs through phone, email, and secure messages. Additionally, you will offer financial solutions that enhance the experience for our existing BOQS clients. Your goal is to consistently deliver results that exceed customer expectations and meet KPIs while upholding BOQ values.Some key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers to oversee client relationships and maintenance
  • Handling real-time operational requests related to transactions, account administration, and supporting account opening processes
  • Providing contract documentation as requested by clients and consultants
  • Coordinating with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for success.
