- Deliver exceptional client experience to Melissa Gomez's personal clients and licensed agents
- New Business / Production:
- Data entry of life insurance and annuity client applications
- Collecting client data through phone/zoom calls for application submission
- Communicate with clients to collect missing information for applications
- Client Support:
- Manage communication with Melissa Gomez's personal clients
- Track and update policy information and client requests
- Tracking / Reporting:
- Data entry and management of client information
- Update production log with client progress and activities
Placement & Persistency: Commissions & Chargebacks
Achieve monthly placement goals and manage commission reports effectively
Agent Support
Train and support agents in completing tasks independently
