  • Technical Requirements:
    • Access to backup power to ensure seamless operation during outages
    • Backup internet in case of broadband failure

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Deliver exceptional client experience to Melissa Gomez's personal clients and licensed agents
  • New Business / Production:
    • Data entry of life insurance and annuity client applications
    • Collecting client data through phone/zoom calls for application submission
    • Communicate with clients to collect missing information for applications
  • Client Support:
    • Manage communication with Melissa Gomez's personal clients
    • Track and update policy information and client requests
  • Tracking / Reporting:
    • Data entry and management of client information
    • Update production log with client progress and activities

Placement & Persistency: Commissions & Chargebacks


Achieve monthly placement goals and manage commission reports effectively
