About The Job:

  • Step into the position of Customer Engagement Executive at Cashrewards
  • Contribute to customer growth through the implementation of captivating campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and optimization

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Customer Engagement team on campaigns to convert or retain customers as Monthly Active Users
  • Coordinate with the Retail and Client Service teams for end-to-end execution of campaigns across various channels (eDM, push notifications, pop-ups, and SMS)
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Marketing & Data) to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across consumer touchpoints
  • Contribute to bringing the Customer Engagement strategy to life by developing marketing experiments that foster customer growth & engagement
  • Conceptualize, execute, analyze, and optimize growth marketing experiments
  • Regularly present and discuss post-campaign analysis
  • Ensure efficient and timely execution of campaigns

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role focusing on email marketing
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Demonstrated success in generating revenue from email/SMS/push campaigns
  • Skilled in managing customer engagement communications across various channels and eager to expand expertise in new channels
  • Capable of presenting insights and feedback to internal stakeholders confidently
  • Experience in marketing automation and personalization to enhance campaign delivery
  • Apt at identifying growth optimization opportunities across different channels
