As a function of their continued growth and success, our client has an exciting and rewarding business development role, identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Your primary focus will be the development of a high quality and growing pipeline of prospects and accounts.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities

  • Make first contact and nurture a prospect relationship into a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
  • Develop and conduct prospecting strategies and build and execute on named account strategies.
  • Follow up inbound enquiries and marketinggenerated leads.
  • Manage and be accountable for growing your pipeline using technology to engage with your prospects and to track and report on progress.
  • Conduct industry research to uncover pain points, find potential sales opportunities, build account profiles.
  • Achieve new business/account extension targets

About You

  • Experienced in all business development and account management activities.
  • Customerfocused sales and support.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results as required within specific time frames.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Goal oriented and selfmotivated, with a passion for technology.
  • Strong listening and solution selling skills.
  • Collaborative and cooperative attitude.

Experience

  • Up to two years experience in business development/ B2B sales.
  • Experience qualifying and selling services (IT Services experience preferred but not essential).
  • Social selling skills.
  • Experienced using the latest CRM and sales technology tools.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.

Remuneration

  • A competitive Salary Package including Base plus Incentives.
