  • As Customer Engagement Coordinator, work in partnership with the commercial & medical teams to execute high impact customer meetings & events with strong engagement resulting in greater patient impact. Whilst also supporting the broader Business Operations team with troubleshooting, problem solving for customer activity with speed & simplicity.
  • Project Manage logístical and operational support for all commercial & scientific engagements (including but not exclusive to Advisory Boards, Scientific Symposia, Meetings, Roundtables, Speaker tours and Preceptorships & Congress sponsorships, HCP dinner engagements, speaker tours.
  • This role is reporting to Business Ops Manager.
  • Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Contract Management & service agreements; HCPs, HCOs, 3rd Party vendors through ENGAGE system
  • HCP engagement approvals (SME)
  • Invoicing an honoraria, Budget management and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) events with all relevant meeting RSVPs and attendance lists
  • Venue sourcing & bookings, liaising with 3rd party event companies, manage Engage process and flow and copy Clearance approvals (Veeva)
  • Travel & Accommodation for HCPs, expensing in Concur, distribution of relevant marketing material at dinner meetings and manage sponsorship requests in P3 for approval and contract, close out activity.
  • Attend regional / global SEC Champion meetings. Represent Aust CPO, lead/participate/facilitate any knowledge/best practice sharing/exchange with regional/global team
  • Assist with audit requirements, create & maintain up to date HCP information via Agora (sales force).
  • Scientific event process induction & training for MSLs and Mas, support delivery of Product. Familiarization programs and Patient Support programs, and manage sample temperature excursion enquiries as appropriate
