Role Overview: The NTM position is customer-oriented and field-based, reporting to the ANZ Oncology Business Unit Leader. It involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in both office and field settings, requiring frequent travel within Australia and potentially New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross Functional Leadership:
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to align strategies and actions.
    • Play a key role in shaping the culture and success of the Oncology Business Unit beyond 2024.
    • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, PRA, and medical teams to optimize data delivery.
    • Support local speaker coordination with the sales team.
    • Contribute to brand strategy development in key internal meetings.
  • TL Engagement:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with TLs to advance Oncology care for breast cancer patients.
    • Engage with advocacy groups and professional organizations to promote brand initiatives.
  • Maximize Reuse of Central Developed Materials:
    • Identify opportunities for synergy to enhance efficiency and reduce workload.
    • Encourage the team to utilize existing tactics and solutions effectively.
    • Collaborate with the international team to optimize the eP2P offering.
  • Ensure Execution Excellence:
    • Contribute to customer and operational planning with a cross-functional approach.
    • Create positive customer experiences and establish a culture of learning and adjustment.
    • Manage commercial sponsorships aligned with Lilly Oncology's strategic direction.
    • Participate in local congress symposium management and speaker tours.
    • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to ensure success.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of disease states, products, and competitors.
  • Operate with integrity and adhere to compliance policies.
