About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oncology National Therapeutic Manager. This is a customer-facing, field-based role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate the launch of Lilly's Breast Cancer portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align strategies and actions, and serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, PRA, and medical teams to optimize data delivery to customers.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with Thought Leaders to advance Oncology care for patients with breast cancer, and engage with advocacy groups and professional organizations to support brand initiatives.
  • Maximize the reuse of central developed materials, and partner with international teams to leverage the IBU eP2P offering.
  • Ensure execution excellence by contributing to the development and execution of the Customer Plan/Operational Plan, and managing commercial sponsorship opportunities with external societies.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of disease states, products, and competitors, and work with integrity to ensure adherence to local and company compliance policies and processes.
