About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oncology National Therapeutic Manager. This is a customer-facing, field-based role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate the launch of Lilly's Breast Cancer portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and actions, and contribute to the development of the Oncology Business Unit's culture and success.
  • Thought Leader Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with Thought Leaders to advance Oncology care for patients with breast cancer, and engage with advocacy groups and professional organizations to support brand initiatives.
  • Commercial Excellence: Contribute to the development and execution of the Customer Plan/Operational Plan, and manage commercial sponsorship opportunities with external societies to ensure alignment with Lilly Oncology's strategic direction.
  • Knowledge Management: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of disease states, products, and competitors, and work with integrity to ensure adherence to local and company compliance policies and processes.

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification
  • Key Skills and Attributes: Winning mindset, strong engagement and teamwork capabilities, thought leader management, leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, accountability, and a proactive approach to actions.
  • Desirable Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated track record of success, expertise in influencing and negotiation, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, knowledge of the Breast Cancer marketplace in Australia and New Zealand, and experience in utilising multiple channels to deliver customer solutions.
